Thank you Sponsors and Partners. We are so blessed by your support. Join us in prayer for more sponsors for the new school year beginning the first of June. See below about a 9 year old who needs a sponsor.

May 10, 2016. Be honest. There have been times when you felt that God was either dead or did not care about you. You felt lonely and cut off from most things you treasured. But you are not a quitter. You never run away and hide. Instead, you act on the reality that God has in fact not left and that He has never been more alive than now. He says today, "You are alive and well with Me."

Psalm 10:1 (NLT) "O LORD, why do you stand so far away? Why do you hide when I am in trouble?"  Ras Robinson
May 10, 2016. Laying down your life for others is not binding you as a person. Quite the opposite is true. Laying down your life propels you into a new realm of His glory. Be sure you have God's instruction regarding for whom you are to lay down your life. Don't get into a "have to" mentality. The Holy Spirit will lead you regarding whom, when, where and how, but let your throttle be wide open to opportunities.

Mark 8:34-35 (NLT) "Then, calling the crowd to join his disciples, he said, "If any of you wants to be my follower, you must turn from your selfish ways, take up your cross, and follow me. If you try to hang on to your life, you will lose it. But if you give up your life for my sake and for the sake of the Good News, you will save it."  Bev Robinson
May 10, 2016. Of all the things you could lose, hope is not one of them. Place a guard around your mantle of hope because it is from that vantage point where you will gain the perspective of how valuable hope really can be for you. Let other matters of your heart fall by the wayside but never allow yourself to contemplate losing any form or fashion of hope. Keep Me as the primary focal point of your lifelong hope.

Proverbs 13:12 (NASB) "Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but desire fulfilled is a tree of life."  Kevin Robinson

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

Liv Jeane is 9 years old. She needs a sponsor so she can have what she needs to go to school.
As the oldest of 4 children, she feels a responsibility to be sure her younger siblings are cared for and knows the best way to do that is to get an education.

She lives in an area that had a lot of damage from the 7.2 earthquake followed by a super typhoon two years ago. The residents are still rebuilding and recovering from that tragedy that changed their lives.

Liv Jeane's father is a construction helper and only works occasionally when someone needs him. Her mother makes food snacks to sell to neighbors. The family is often out of food with no money to buy any. When Liv Jeane goes to school, she often goes without anything for lunch and without the required supplies. If she can't pay the required fees, she cannot go to school at all. A sponsor will make a big difference in her ability to get an education and to escape poverty.

Would you be interested in sponsoring Liv Jeane?

If you have thought about sponsoring a child, now is the time. A new school year begins in the Philippines the first week of June. It is now time to buy school supplies, uniforms, shoes and other school needs. Will you ask the Lord about it? See links below for your response.
