May 5, 2016. Most things need a tune-up from time to time. A marriage is no different. Even the best and most harmonious marriage needs regular maintenance and stirring up love for each other. Man should love a woman and vise-versa. When the two come together, in reality they find that they are not two. Rather they are one. As this happens, the couple will realize and discover that the Lord intends marriage to be a happy and joyous relationship.
Proverbs 5:18 (NLT) "Let your wife be a fountain of blessing for you. Rejoice in the wife of your youth. Ras Robinson

May 5, 2016. Walk with Me in all your daytime and nighttime activities. When unexpected or overwhelming circumstances happen, you will have already formed a habit, a very good habit. We will already know how to commune intimately with each other. When you need something more than everyday communications, you will know where to come. I know things that happen before you know them and I am ready for you. Don't draw away to your own strategy. Run to Me.
Psalm 37:39-40 (MSG) "The spacious, free life is from GOD, it's also protected and safe. GOD-strengthened, we're delivered from evil- when we run to him, he saves us." Bev Robinson

May 5, 2016. Stay connected. It is too easy to skip a gathering and then another and another. Before you know it, you become disenfranchised and have alienated yourself unknowingly, yet somewhat willingly. Don't second guess yourself. No matter what the cause may be, understand that Satan is ready and waiting to separate you from the flock of safety without a moment's notice. Do whatever it takes to be and remain linked together with other believers in Christ.
Hebrews 10:25 (NLT) "And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near." Kevin Robinson

Ministry to Children in the Philippines
During April and May school takes a vacation break in the Philippines. Pastors of sponsored children use this time for Vacation Bible School, Youth Camp and Discipleship Classes like the one shown here. In this one location, 65 children showed up to go through "The Greatest Journey," an excellent discipleship program for children created by Samaritan's Purse. God is raising up a new generation of young Filipinos who are radical in their love for Jesus and who be used to transform the nation.
When a child is sponsored, there are many needs beyond education. Many suffer from malnutrition and need supplemental meals. They need clothing. Some of the children don't even own a pair of underwear. The clothing they own is taken from what others have thrown away. They need shoes. They also need to know about a God who loves them and about Jesus who died that they might have life.
Caring for the children in body (food), soul (education) and spirit (Christian discipleship) is all a part of sponsorship. By sponsoring a child, you are part of a team chosen by God to change that child's life forever.
If you have thought about sponsoring a child, now is the time. A new school year begins in the Philippines the first week of June. It is now time to buy school supplies, uniforms, shoes and other school needs. Will you ask the Lord about it? See links below for your response.
