April 30, 2016. Praise is your secret weapon. Let this sink deeply. I know you feel like doing anything but praising Me, but do it anyway. Don't live by what you feel. Live by what I say. Yes, I know how you feel. I gave you feelings. Feelings are good unless they get in the way of what I say. What I am saying to you is the battle is mine. Let Me fight the battle. Praise Me for victory.

April 30, 2016. Refuse to let a small interruption in your life appear as a full blown disruption on your radar screen. Mishaps of various sizes and shapes come across your path from time to time and they do not cause any form of delay or setback for you. So why should this particular scenario be any different? Know that difficulties are a part of life and should be dealt with properly. Learn to go with the flow and prosper.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

Rosenda is 14 and really wants to go to school. She has only finished first grade and knows she will be older than the other children in her class. Still she wants to be in school when it starts this June.

Rosenda lives with her mother and 3 siblings in a house with 5 other families. There is no running water and no electricity. Her father was physically abusive to all the family and eventually left them. Her mother, Lisa, is uneducated but tries hard to provide for her family. Even though physically limited, she cooks food and sells it in the community. The income she earns is very small and not enough to meet their needs.

Rosenda has a younger sister named Viola who is 6 years old and also wants to go to school this June. Education will be life changing for these two sisters, but it can only happen if a sponsor helps.

Rosenda says she does not want to be an uneducated street beggar. She wants to be a teacher and have a better life. Would you be interested in sponsoring Rosenda and Viola?
