I am blessed by some sponsors who are choosing to sponsor additional children at this critical time. Many children in the Philippines are hoping and praying they will be sponsored so they can go to school. See below.

April 19, 2016. Are you a person who seeks to separate yourself from others? Could it be that you are hooked on seeking your own desire? God asks you to come close to Him and others and not to separate yourself. Ask Him to bring you back into the depth of His love and care. Increase intimacy within His presence. Expect insight into truth you have never before fully experienced. Worship God your Father and Best Friend ever.

April 19, 2016. When you seek Me above all others, you will find the best plan for anything, anytime for your life. Sometimes your emotions get too involved and sometimes your reasoning gets too involved. Emotions are good and reasoning is good. But My knowledge of the future will give you wisdom for everything that affects you. If you don't know what to do, ask Me to stop anything before you that is not My desire for you. If I don't stop it, move on with confidence.

April 19, 2016. Don't allow yourself to drift away because of some hearsay about the level of faith you may or may not have. Refuse to let your mind run rampant just because you might not fit into other peoples molds of how you should or shouldn't think or speak regarding certain matters. Doing so is a trap from the enemy, who loves to throw it before you and remind you of it constantly. Free yourself of defeating mindsets and flourish right now.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

A day of very hard work in the hot sun brings in little income for this father and his son. The items they gather from the garbage dump to sell don't bring in enough even to provide food and shelter and other basic needs. The father wants a better life for his son but cannot afford to send him to school to get the education he needs in order to have that better life. It is a hopeless situation.

The hopelessness changes when a child like this is sponsored and can go to school. Then he can dream about a good future that does not include trash scavenging.

Some of the children at this garbage dump are sponsored, but many are not and really need to be. We hope to sponsor at least 10 more children who live here for this new school year that begins the first week of June. Could one or more of them be God's choice for you?

Sponsoring children changes their lives in many ways. They get an education which opens the door to a way out of poverty. They get extra nutrition and become healthy. They are discipled and become strong Christians. As a sponsor, you can change lives for eternity.
