April 9, 2016. Expect a miracle this very day! Stay alert and believe for it. Jesus will come by and work His miracle and it may come and develop in a surprising way. Some of His miracles were very public and could be seen by by-standers and those up close to Him. Today, let the Holy Spirit reveal the works of Jesus to you. Soar high and ride with Him on the clouds and in the winds. Watch and wait expectantly.

John 9:6-7 (NIV) "Having said this, he spit on the ground, made some mud with the saliva, and put it on the man's eyes. "Go," he told him, "wash in the Pool of Siloam" (this word means Sent). So the man went and washed, and came home seeing." Ras Robinson

April 9, 2016. At this time the main person to get the problem fixed is you. Others are looking to you because you have the most experience in this area. There is a mountain of other things to get done and to you this is just one of them. Others don't see your predicament. Don't allow your thoughts to get caught up in what they are thinking or doing that is a detraction. You can fix this. Make it a priority.

April 9, 2016. Do whatever you can to show mercy to those to whom mercy is due. You yourself have been in a position where you needed an abundance of mercy shown to you and I granted it. Now others are in a position similar to the position you were in and they need the same mercy, but extended on an ongoing basis. Don't make this a complicated matter. Be an example of Christian maturity and compassion.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

My heart was touched this week when we received a donation from a 9-year old boy. It was a tithe on money he received for Christmas and other special occasions. He sent it because he wants to "help feed the kids that live at the garbage dump." That precious gift will make possible smiles like you see here.

These beautiful children were so happy to receive a hot dog and some rice. You help provide that for them.

One of our Filipino pastors has been heard to say, "When the stomach is empty, the brain cannot learn." For our sponsored children to do their best in school, they need to have nourishing food every day, just like children anywhere. In their homes this is not possible. Your gifts to "Food for Learning" helps provide the food needed for sponsored children. They are allowed to also bring their siblings to eat. Thank you for helping.

Sponsoring the children is so important, but not everyone is able to make that commitment. We understand that. If that is you, perhaps God will use you to help provide food for hungry children.
