January 27, 2016. Strong winds have a purpose. Some seasonal winds can be disastrous. God has given His children power over the winds. And if strong and disastrous winds come your way, speak to them with God's authoritative voice that is within you. Jesus spoke to the winds before Him so that waves driven by very strong winds would stop. He commanded the winds and waters to stop. It was and is simply flipping on the power switch.

Matthew 8:25-26 (NASB) "And they came to Him and woke Him, saying, "Save us, Lord; we are perishing! He *said to them, "Why are you afraid, you men of little faith?" Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and it became perfectly calm."  Ras Robinson
January 27, 2016. You are not absolutely sure you are doing something that is causing problems. But you think you may. I know deep down you want to know so you can do something about it. Lay your actions before Me with no hold on the results. If you come with a clear heart, a pure heart with no strings attached to do what I say I will show you. You will be pleasantly surprised with the results. Trust Me.

Psalm 37:5 (NLT) "Commit everything you do to the LORD. Trust him, and he will help you."  Bev Robinson
January 27, 2016. Finding inner strength is often easier said than done. And talk can be cheap when it comes to talking big about significant matters. Everyone wants to be able to have a certain amount of stamina when really important issues are at stake. What will your status be when the day of reckoning appears? What are you doing in the meantime to prepare your heart and mind for difficult days which lie ahead?

Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV) "But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint."  Kevin Robinson

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

What is the mission and vision of the ministry in the Philippines to which God has called us? In the next few days we will share that calling and the strategy God gave for accomplishing that which He called us to do..

The Vision
Children and youth of the Philippine Islands who are held captive by the bondage of poverty and lack of education will be set free to dream of a prosperous and productive future. They will break the cycle of poverty that has enslaved them and their families, often for generations. They will know about the loving grace of Jesus Christ and be encouraged to give their lives to Him. They will grow to be strong successful Christian adults who will have a transforming impact on their society and nation.

The Mission
  • To provide hope for the children and youth of the Philippine Islands who are held captive by poverty and lack of education by assisting them to attend school.
  • To provide for the nutritional needs of the children and their families.
  • To introduce the children and their families to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, who will be a source of strength and encouragement and hope for the remainder of their lives.
  • To assist pastors and other individuals who teach children and young adults the principles of Christianity, character qualities and personal habits that will help them become successful adults and world changers.
  • To seek pastors and individuals native to the Philippines who are already ministering to children and work through them to accomplish the above stated mission.
Read "How It All Began" by Ras Robinson for the story of how God first spoke to Ras Robinson about this ministry to children.
