Having lunch on a school day is not a sure thing for poor children in the Philippines. With no food at home and no money, too many times these children go without lunch. Details below.

January 26, 2016. Declare an atmosphere of kindness in your world. The whole universe of your family, church and place of employment can be redeemed, restored and made heavenly. How? By speaking and doing acts of kindness. This kind of kindness will change the harsh or cold tone of speech to softness and gentleness. Release expressions of kindness with intent to affirm, build up and make glad. You have this power on the tip of your tongue. Be intentionally kind.

Romans 2:4 (NASB) "Or do you think lightly of the riches of His kindness and tolerance and patience, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to repentance?"  Ras Robinson
January 26, 2016. Thoughts have come to you that what you are doing is not important. Don't let those thoughts take root. They are not from Me. They are straight from the devil, because what you are doing is very important. For a long time no one has told you it is important. That has entered into what you are thinking. Do your work unto Me and don't rely on what others think. The devil has also influenced their thinking.

Psalm 75:7 (NLT) "It is God alone who judges; he decides who will rise and who will fall."  Bev Robinson
January 26, 2016. Can you just imagine what your world would be like if everyone walked with peace and harmony with one another. You can start by being the catalyst toward making it happen where you live your life every day. Begin your day by investing quality time in My word and in prayer. These elements will help you flourish and blossom with the newness I set before you on a daily basis. Do more than imagine, act.

Lamentation 3:22-23 (NASB) "The Lord's lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness."  Kevin Robinson

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

Children living at the garbage dumpsite where Ras Robinson first responded to God's call to help the children.
What is the mission and vision of the ministry in the Philippines to which God has called us? In the next few days we will share that calling.

The Vision
Children and youth of the Philippine Islands who are held captive by the bondage of poverty and lack of education will be set free to dream of a prosperous and productive future. They will break the cycle of poverty that has enslaved them and their families, often for generations. They will know about the loving grace of Jesus Christ and be encouraged to give their lives to Him. They will grow to be strong successful Christian adults who will have a transforming impact on their society and nation.

The Mission
  • To provide hope for the children and youth of the Philippine Islands who are held captive by poverty and lack of education by assisting them to attend school.
  • To provide for the nutritional needs of the children and their families.
  • To introduce the children and their families to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, who will be a source of strength and encouragement and hope for the remainder of their lives.
  • To assist pastors and other individuals who teach children and young adults the principles of Christianity, character qualities and personal habits that will help them become successful adults and world changers.
  • To seek pastors and individuals native to the Philippines who are already ministering to children and work through them to accomplish the above stated mission.
Read "How It All Began" by Ras Robinson for the story of how God first spoke to Ras Robinson about this ministry to children.
