January 15, 2007. Skip the option you have to connect with or disconnect from your brothers and sisters in Christ. It is good that you genuinely care for them. You work hard to extend grace when there is the potential for needed discipline or correction. God is anointing you to make room for those who might be offensive. But you will refuse to take up their offenses. Listen to His quiet voice in such times. Make time to seek Him and pray. Stay connected.

January 15, 2016. Today is the day to apply yourself to what I have already said to you. Bring to remembrance those things. Do whatever it takes to remember. Getting back into the routine of the ways I have spoken to you in the past is a good way to start. Now let Me expand your horizons of other ways to see and hear Me. Don't concentrate on failures of the past. Keep your mind on higher levels.

January 15, 2016. Do not allow double-mindedness to enter your camp. Doubt has begun to knock at your door and you're beginning to have reservations about specific plans I have given you. Refuse to let any ugly phase of hesitation to come in and cloud your mind with unbelief. Your faith has been strong, so continue to move forward as if nothing has impeded your progress. Press onward toward the plans I have laid out for you.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

This little boy was really hungry so he brought a really big bowl, hoping it would be filled. There was plenty of food in the pot this time so his bowl was filled. He might actually eat it all, but if not, he will take some home for other family members.

What a joy to be able to provide this food for hungry children like this boy. Because of the gifts that come from Partners, Sponsors and Friends, hungry and undernourished children are fed. Thank you for that.

Many of the children in the communities where we minister in the Philippines are hungry. They hope for just one meal a day and don't always get it. Your gifts to help feed the children are always welcome. We call it "Food for Learning" because of the difference even a little good healthy food makes in how well the children learn in school. When a child is hungry, it is hard to learn. With good nutrition, a child's health, school attendance and performance improves.
