November 12, 2015. Use words to cheer up companions. Who can long carry a load that weighs a man down? You can be sure life is populated with people who would pull you down. But wise is the person who sows kind words to cheer others. Consider them an investment, knowing the reward will produce handsome dividends. Words mean things and good words are like gold in settings of silver.

Proverbs 12:25 (NIV) "An anxious heart weighs a man down, but a kind word cheers him up."  Ras Robinson
November 12, 2015. Some things continue to trouble you. They pop up when you least suspect them. You aren't sure if you need to share them. You wonder if they are things you need to leave with Me for Me to handle. Right now leave them with Me and I will instruct you as you go along. I will handle them in your dreams just as if you were to speak them to someone else. Don't be quick to act.

Psalm 16:7-9 (NKJV) I will bless the LORD who has given me counsel; My heart also instructs me in the night seasons.  I have set the LORD always before me; Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices; My flesh also will rest in hope."  Bev Robinson
November 12, 2015. Learn to embrace the heat of the cleansing fire I bring. You have been reluctant to understand the importance of purification of you, the believer. I want you to make a way for Me to refine your heart and mind into a masterpiece to be used for My glory, splendor and majesty. See fire from a perfecting perspective. Welcome the heat I bring and allow filthy dross to be taken from you for My magnificence.

Malachi 3:3 (NLT) "He will sit like a refiner of silver, burning away the dross. He will purify the Levites, refining them like gold and silver, so that they may once again offer acceptable sacrifices to the Lord."  Kevin Robinson

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

Yeah! This was a good day. New shoes for everyone! These children come from very poor homes and to have a new pair of shoes is special. In fact, some sponsored children ask for shoes for Christmas.

Another requested gift is a bath towel. Last year a teenage girl broke into tears when she received a brand new bath towel for Christmas. She lived in a house with many people and they all used the same old thin towel. She never dreamed she would have her own towel and said she would share it with her sister.

One group of sponsored children lives in a remote region where mosquitoes are abundant. The families were given new mosquito nets and were overjoyed.

Of course the little ones always like the toys and sometimes are amazed that they can take them home.

Thank you for your generous gifts that make it possible to bless the children and their families, especially at Christmas.

Christmas is coming soon! We need to receive the donations for Christmas before Thanksgiving so we can send the money the first week of December to the pastors who care for the children.

Our Christmas blessings for the children includes a gift for every sponsored child (all 821 of them) plus their siblings (and some have several unsponsored siblings). We will also provide something special to eat, either at a Christmas meal at the church or for them to take home. It is a big vision, but we have a great big God. Please be a part.
