October 23, 2014. Do you take seriously the heritage you need to establish. There is still time? As a Christian, are you teaching and leading your family today in such a manner as to establish wise hearts that rejoice in wisdom and speaking what is right? They should be speaking what is right as a result of your leadership. Instill in them a pride in being holy and pure. Be an example.

October 23, 2015. What you need is perseverance. The new has worn off and some problems have sapped your energy. You are in a new stage, a stage of maintenance. It isn't as exciting as it once was. This is a mission I have called you to so don't let your faith wane along with your energy. Look to Me. I have ways to maintain you that are exciting. When you follow Me step by step, My results bring fulfillment.

Romans 5:3-5 (NASB) "And not only this, but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance;and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us." October 23, 2015. Now is not the time for overreaction, period and end of statement. I want you to think long and hard about how you will respond to some difficult news you have recently heard. A reaction is definitely warranted. But first and foremost you need to seriously pray about the situation. It is time for cooler heads to prevail. Let the fruit of the Spirit rise up within you now to level the playing field.

Philippians 4:6-7 (NLT) "Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. A few people had problems viewing it on computer., especially some who use Comcast and AOL. If you have problems viewing it, please find the link above that says, "Having trouble viewing this email? Click here." That link will open it in a web page and should be easier to read. Please let us know.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

This photo from last year at Christmas shows a group of FCM sponsored children and their siblings lifting high the gifts provided by donations from Partners, Sponsors and Friends. For some of them, this was the first time they had ever received a gift for Christmas. They were so excited and so thankful.

Christmas is coming soon! For many poor children in the Philippines, Christmas will not be a special day. They are the very poor who don't even have enough food each day. The most requested gift for Christmas is food. Even the little ones (in some instances, especially the little ones) want food more than anything else. This Christmas you can bless the children by giving so they can have food and a small gift as well. Your donation, large or small, will make Christmas special.

Use the link below to send your donation online. We need to receive the donations for Christmas before Thanksgiving so we can send the money the first week of December to the pastors who care for the children.

A special prayer request: The pastor of the children in the photo above sent this prayer request. To protect them, we will not reveal the names or location: Please pray for us. Our people are being harassed by Communist rebels and many have died. Some of those who died are relatives of our sponsored children. THIS PLACE WHERE WE LIVE IS FOR CHRIST!

Let's pray together for Christians in "hot spots" in the Philippines and other parts of the world. The FCM related pastors, children and families have been covered often by our prayers. Their testimonies of God's protection are miraculous. We are being called again to pray.
