October 6, 2015. Paranoia is an unreasonable feeling that people are trying to harm you or take away something of value that is rightfully yours. Have you had a paranoia checkup lately? You've seen pastors who fear their sheep will be stolen. Others fear the loss of things valuable to them. As a believer in Christ you know that all you possess actually belongs to your Lord and Master. He is always protecting you and yours because He has entered into covenant with you.

1 Peter 2:25 (NLT) "Once you were like sheep who wandered away. But now you have turned to your Shepherd, the Guardian of your souls."  Ras Robinson

October 6, 2015. Faith is present. It resides in you, because I reside in you and everything needed is there. What you need is the courage to activate what you have. The need is before you. Move forward to meet it. Don't entertain what will happen if it doesn't work. You don't have to be brash, but you do need to be bold, quietly bold and determined. I have put in your mind what to do. Do it.

Hebrews 11:6 (NIV) "And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him."  Bev Robinson

October 6, 2015. Satan aches to twist and distort every situation. Whether through your mind, heart, words or actions, his methods are cunning. Be aware at all times, knowing his schemes are relentless and powerful. One misunderstanding can derail you from your intended goal for hours and days. Beware when times are good. Know that he recognizes your patterns and works constantly to turn you away from Me. However, his determination pales in comparison to Mine and My plan for you.

Psalm 143:9 (NLT) "Rescue me from my enemies, Lord; I run to you to hide me."  Kevin Robinson

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

Sponsored school children in this location come to the pastors home for lunch. While it is our desire to provide breakfast and lunch every school day, our income is not sufficient to do it. The pastor of these children has identified the ones who are most under-nourished and provides lunch every school day for them. All the sponsored children come 2 times a week.

The children we sponsor come from very poor homes where food is inadequate at best and scarce in too many homes. Our pastors work creatively and hard to provide the nutrition needed by the children.

The church caring for the children in this photo has a nice vegetable garden, which is cared for by the parents and children. They eat some and sell some in the market to buy food items they cannot grow. In some locations, especially the more rural ones, families are given seeds and encouraged to grow vegetables to provide food for their families. It seems God likes this because for the last few trips, we have had seeds donated to take with us for distribution to the pastors and the families of the sponsored children.  THANK YOU FOR THOSE GIFTS OF SEEDS!

An undernourished child who does not feel well has a hard time learning and is often absent because they just don't feel like getting up and going to school. When the children have the nutrition they need, they do better in school. They are healthier, happy and school attendance improves.

Thank you Partners, Sponsors and Friends who give so the children can get the food and education they need. You are helping to break the inherited cycle of poverty in the lives of these children. To give to help feed children go to: Food for Learning.
