September 15, 2015. Listen closely to Me. Over the course of your life, you have opportunity to pour out rivers of living water from your heart. This water will be so sweet and satisfying that people will gladly receive it and want to give it to others. It will be like a row of vertical boards all in a row. Push the first one and the others follow until all have fallen. So shall the river of the Holy Spirit be spread worldwide until Jesus comes. It starts with your faith and multiplies by your obedience.

John 7:38 (NLT) "Anyone who believes in me may come and drink! For the Scriptures declare, 'Rivers of living water will flow from his heart.'" Ras Robinson

September 15, 2015. Accept correction graciously. I know sometimes it is hard, but the correction is for your benefit, not for your demise. Because of correction, wise people become wiser. Those who reject what is said, for the purpose of correcting a course, are foolish. Others see things you cannot see. Hold what is said on your shoulder to see if it is what I say. Keep your heart open to Me. I will let you know if it isn't from Me. But if you err, err on the side of receiving the correction.

Proverbs 13:18 (NLT) "If you ignore criticism, you will end in poverty and disgrace; if you accept correction, you will be honored." Bev Robinson

September 15, 2015. Imagine what a different world you would have if every word spoken was loving. It's not some sort of utopia, but it would be ideal to think that it could happen or exist. Some of it could actually exist if you really tried. The old saying goes "garbage in, garbage out", if that is true, try flooding your mind with nothing but good input. Feasting on My word is essential for transforming your heart and tongue. You'll be amazed with the feedback which will occur. Speak My truths to one another.

Ephesians 4:15 (NLT) "Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church."  Kevin Robinson

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

This pretty girl is Annaliza, one of our sponsored children in the Philippines. We have seen an amazing transformation in the life of this child. Life was very hard for her when we first met her.

About 2 years ago one of our pastors wrote us about her. She had discovered her living in extreme poverty. In her words, Annaliza "had an awful appearance, having dirty, smelly, torn and tattered clothes." She was extremely shy and would not even speak when asked a question. She almost never went to school. She did not want to go to school, even if she could. The other kids either ignored her or teased her because "she smelled bad." The beautiful black hair you see here was a mess and showed signs of malnutrition.

The pastor asked if there was any way we could help. If she were sponsored, she would have what she needed for school and would have someone to care for her, making sure she bathed and combed her hair and would have some nutritious food to eat. We said yes.

The change did not happen overnight. Sometimes she did not want to go to school and her pastor had to go get her out of bed. Gradually, little by little, she began to change. Her hygiene became better. She had new clothes for school, her attendance improved. As she got good nutrition, even her appearance improved. In a short two years, she is very different. She likes going to school now and has lots of friends.

It has taken a team for this amazing transformation. Her pastor, Antoniette Larroza, has spent a lot of time teaching her and mentoring her. A sponsor from FCM has made sure she has everything she needs for school and some help with nutrition.

Here is a note from Pastor Antoinette: "We visited Annaliza this morning in school. We paid for her school needs. She was very happy to see us. Thank You Lord for changing her life."

When a sponsor and a local pastor combine efforts, they help children reach their potential and fulfill the purpose God has for them. Don't ever think what you give doesn't make a difference. You can be part of giving hope to children like Annaliza. We need people to give to feed hungry children. We need more sponsors to send uneducated children to school. There are links below to assist you in giving online.
