August 14, 2015. Like us King David was flawed by sin. Yet he found himself transformed through his love and abandonment to God in his prayers. Of the many things for which David is known, his prayers and psalms are legendary. Anointed prayer is the silent killer of doubt and unbelief. It builds your faith while driving a deadly stake through the heart of fear and flesh. No weapon formed against you can prosper. Saturate your prayers with faith. Today Jesus is leaning from Heaven to escort your prayer to the Father. Pray!

August 14, 2015. Don't be distracted by anything. You are on the right course. Remember Satan will do almost anything to get you off course. You are talking to Me, listening to Me and that is keeping you on course. This is My venture. You are a part to get it started. Don't worry about worrying. Put it all over on Me. You just need to do what I say. Don't get ahead of me in your excitement. Let all the planning come from Me. Beloved, don't take it over

August 14, 2015. Can you see how beautiful My word, the Bible, is to you? Being the type of individual who places value on things which can be seen, recognize the stunning glory and splendor of My love letter written just for you. Take time getting to know Me. Just like anything else in which you want to be proficient, spend disciplined time with Me. The Bible has withstood the test of time and people have feasted on My words for centuries and millenniums on end. I am good. Yes, very good indeed.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

"The children I gave you are hungry. Feed them." When God said that to us, it was as overwhelming as when Jesus told the disciples to feed the multitudes. How could we possibly feed that many children every day? 

We were doing well with the mandate to help very poor children get an education, paying for school expenses. But some of the children were badly undernourished, such that they could not concentrate in school. Some of them were irregular in attendance because of illness and hunger. Others missed school because they were scavenging for food. The most requested gift last Christmas was food. Hunger is real.

Almost nothing puts a smile on a child's face like food when they are hungry. The children in this photo are happy they have some good food to eat. If it weren't for this rice and chicken meal, they likely would not have anything and would be going to bed hungry.

Some of our Partners, Sponsors and Friends regularly send money to help provide food. We are thankful for that. All through the last school year, we sent more money to the Philippines for food than we received designated for that purpose. Our desire has been to provide breakfast and lunch on school days and one good healthy meal on the weekend. This current school year we had to reduce what we send for feeding the children. It was a very hard decision. Our prayer has been that God would provide for them, whether through us or in other ways. Our God is a big God. Working together we can meet this need.
