August 1, 2015

Ras Robinson is preaching this Sunday at Fullness in Christ Church. Let's experience revival together. See details below.

Ras

August 1, 2015. You are needy in some areas of your life. The time has become critical. You must stop and seek the Lord through the words of Elijah. His words are God's words and will produce according to their purposes. These are the days of Elijah. It is time to seek out, hear and even see the word of the Lord (as it was with the word of Elijah the prophet). God knows your needs and knew them before you did. Obedience to what you hear God saying results in a harvest for you. Seek Him.

1 Kings 17:15 (NKJV) "So she went away and did according to the word of Elijah; and she and he and her household ate for many days." Ras Robinson

August 1, 2015. Start now and I will show you as you go along. I know there is darkness in the direction you are going but the darkness is not an evil darkness. It is a darkness that keeps you from seeing the end. You cannot see what is ahead, but I know you are on the right path. I put the plan in your heart. I will give you light as you go. I will reveal light as you go into the midst of darkness. The darkness is not dark to Me.

Psalm 139:11-12 (NASB) "If I say, "Surely the darkness will overwhelm me, And the light around me will be night," Even the darkness is not dark to You, And the night is as bright as the day. Darkness and light are alike to You."  Bev Robinson

August 1, 2015. It's time to stop being manipulative with people close to you. You've developed a pattern of scheming and controlling people in certain situations so much that now you are a bit ostracized and disliked. In fact you have deceived yourself to the point where at times you're blinded by your own actions. Satan gets too much credit for your devious ways. You know change is needed. Humble yourself and ask Me for help. This is an achievable undertaking. Trust and absolutely obey Me

1 John 3:9 (ERV) "Those who are God's children do not continue to sin, because the new life God gave them stays in them. They cannot keep sinning, because they have become children of God."  Kevin Robinson

A WORD FROM RAS ROBINSON CALLS FOR RECEIVING "A PEG IN HIS HOLY PLACE" AND LETTING THE REVIVAL FIRE START!

Ezra 9:8 (NASB) "But now for a brief moment grace has been shown from the LORD our God, to leave us an escaped remnant and to give us a peg in His holy place, that our God may enlighten our eyes and grant us a little reviving in our bondage."

Come this Sunday and pick up your PEG. Let's live revival together! See you this Sunday. We are expecting an outpouring!

ABOUT LAST SUNDAY:

REVIVAL: What Does It Look Like?

By Robin Bohlin

This week I have been asking God "Just WHAT happened at church last Sunday??" I will try to articulate what we all experienced. During worship, the name of Jesus was being exalted. We sang of His Lordship and His power. Prophetic worship began to declare His desire to come into open hearts. What happened next was supernatural!

My dad, our Apostle, stood and confessed a weakness to the Body and urged us all to encourage each other. My husband, our Pastor, stood and confessed that he had relinquished his faith for healing for the natural condition. What took place next was astounding! He began to prophesy concerning what God wanted. A flurry of spiritual activity ensued! People JUMPED out of their seats and began to "run" for prayer. Over in one wing of the church a young woman led a teenage girl to accept Christ (It was her first time to attend our church). Others fell to their knees at the altar in worship. All this was happening during the "sermon." The atmosphere seemed to be ripe with answers for what each person needed. Everyone left satisfied and yet hungry for more!

THIS Sunday, we believe God will meet us again. Join us with great expectation for the zeal of REVIVAL.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

The last day of Vacation Bible School is exciting wherever you live. These children live in a very poor and remote community in the Philippines. It is one of our favorite places to visit because of the breathtaking beauty. We call it going "up the mountain."

The families in the community know what it is like to be hungry. Many only eat one meal a day. The best part of VBS for them is when they get to eat. Many of the children in the photo above are on a waiting list to be sponsored. They are hoping and praying for someone to help them. They need the help for food, clothing, school supplies and school fees. Without the help to go to school, they will repeat the poverty as they grow up. Sponsor will help them break the cycle of poverty.

The pastor standing in the back is Armen Cuenca, He and his wife Irma are two very amazing people. No matter what we say about them, there is much more we could say. Armen has multiple degrees, including degrees in engineering and in business administration. He always wanted to be a pastor so after getting his education, he went to Bible school for more education. He is now a bi-vocational pastor. The church is made up of the very poor and pays him about $2.50 a week. So, obviously he must have additional income. He and his wife both work for the city government in Cagayan de Oro City where they have great favor.

Armen grew up in a poor family and he had to work hard to get his education. He was determined that nothing would hinder him. When he tells the young people that poverty is not a hindrance to success, he knows first hand. He works tirelessly to help young people get funding for college as he encourages them to get education and prepare to succeed in life. Because of his ministry "on the mountain," hope has risen among the children and youth who say, "If you can do it, I can too." Some have already gotten college degrees and jobs. The younger youth and children observe and it gives them hope that they too can make it.

Armen and Irma personally give so much to help raise the youth of the area out of the dust of poverty. They personally care for 3 orphans and a widow who cares for the children. He has also donated the land for building an orphanage that we anticipate will care for at least 10 orphans.

We are blessed to have pastors like Armen and Irma Cuenca. God has used them to bring hope to the hopeless and to transform an entire community.

You can be part of giving hope to some very poor children in the Philippines. You can sponsor a child who is waiting and praying and believing for someone to help.
