April 30, 2015. Rest your mind today. There are too many things running through your mind at once. Stop the train and pull onto a side rail for a shutdown. The Lord says, ""Come away by yourself to a secluded place and rest a while." You can have more than one secluded place, one within your home, another remote from everything. There is much to be learned from a little solitude. See yourself sweeping your mind clean of all things not placed there by Me. Get filled with the Holy Spirit. Let God delights in you.

April 30, 2015. Blessings in abundance are coming your way. You have gone through a hard time. I know that. You know that and so do many others. It's about to change. At first this is going to be hard to believe. You won't know what to say or what to do. That's okay. Don't try to say or do anything. You have had a hard time believing anything good will come your way. You know you don't deserve it. I love you and see your heart. You will soon share My goodness.

April 30, 2015. Your perseverance is about to reap great rewards for you. You have been very persistent in some significant areas of your life. Some would see you as having doggedness. Much like that of a bulldog, you have had the tenacity to hang on when others gave up. I applaud you for your determination, for continuing to believe what you know is deep within your heart. Your mindset is similar to the first Apostles. It was their determination, accompanied by My Spirit which changed the world. Keep putting action with your faith.

"10 HOMES FOR ORPHANS"

 

Jonas and Kathy with 3 orphans now living in the back of a church with a widow who also needs a home. Perhaps they will be our first official residents.

"10 Homes for Orphans" is a vision from God. Not long after a heart procedure, I was driving alone in the great valley just south of Breckenridge, Colorado. Supernaturally God spoke in a near audible voice, "I want you to build 10 orphanages in the Philippines with a care-giving widow for each orphanage. I will reveal the 10 locations and Philippine pastors to be involved as overseers. From this effort, I will be adding future leaders to help bring about transformation to their nation."

 

I know nothing about orphanages. In fact, I have never seen one nor do I know anything about how they operate. All I would ask is that they be operated within the legal structure by the Philippine government.

 

I inquired of Him especially about who would be funding these "10 Homes of Orphans." His response: 1. Tell the story of this new call on your life; 2. Submit to Me recognizing that this is My project, not yours; 3. Relax and submit to My every nudge.

 

Seldom have I spoken or written about this "10 Homes for Orphans" vision from God, but we are receiving donations sometimes even daily. It is amazing.

 

This very day, the Lord spoke to me, "This is My project. Tell the story. The funding is Mine. Watch what I will do!"

 

On average the cost to build and furnish an orphanage to accommodate 10 children is $10,000 and will require $1,000 a month to operate and care for the children's needs. The cost will vary some depending on location.  I believe God will put it on the hearts of some to fund one of these homes by sending $10,000 to build and furnish a home then to send $1000 a month to provide for the needs of the orphans and widows. Let us know -- only if God speaks to you about doing it.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

These beautiful children are full of hope. They represent many children in the Philippines who need help to have a future. Bright, talented, yet often too poor to go to school. You see, in most developing nations, the poor are not educated. Thus, they repeat the cycle of poverty. Many children will tell you, "education breaks the cycle of poverty." They know it is their only hope, but also know it is impossible unless someone helps with the cost.

With the help of Partners, Sponsors and Friends, FCM is assisting almost 900 children and young people -- pre-school through college --- to get an education. We could add 100 more immediately if we had the funds for sponsoring them.

Only $30 a month per child will provide everything they need for school as well as assistance with food and nutrition. If God puts it on your heart to help children like these, let us know. Go to Sponsor A Child.

If you have ever thought about sponsoring children, now is the time. Preparations are now being made for a new school year that begins the first week of June. We need sponsors and funds now for the children.
