April 29, 2015. Last Monday I drove through two of the heaviest rain storms I have ever experienced. Sheets of rain were repeatedly slammed against my car. I wondered if I was in a tornado. But God got me through! God is preparing believers with faith to brace themselves and prepare for biblical end-times drama. Earthquakes are multiplying. Just this week Nepal had more than 4,000 reported deaths from a major earthquake. Some estimates are that the total may reach 8,000. A pastor we know in Nepal says God has spared him, his church and family. Purify your heart and clean your hands. Be prepared.

April 29, 2015. Something is on your heart that no one knows about. It has been there for a long time. You aren't sure when you are to share it or even if you are to share it. You have at times wondered if it is something that originated with Me or if it is something you thought up on your own. What should you do? Beloved, tell Me. I know what's there, but you need light shown upon what's there. Now trust Me completely, knowing I will bring about what's best.

April 29, 2015. Different styles of praise music have appealed to Christians throughout their new life in Christ. Some enjoy rap, others country, or gospel, or heavy metal or hymns. Different music is attractive to the diverse personalities of My people. Just because you don't like what others like, don't allow yourself to fall into judgment. What others enjoy and what appeals to them is not important. I am the one who is being praised. This is not about you. Rejoice that I am being praised and worshiped through different kinds of music.

"10 HOMES FOR ORPHANS"

 

"10 Homes for Orphans" is a vision from God. Not long after a heart procedure, I was driving alone in the great valley just south of Breckenridge, Colorado. Supernaturally God spoke in a near audible voice, "I want you to build 10 orphanages in the Philippines with a care-giving widow for each orphanage. I will reveal the 10 locations and Philippine pastors to be involved as overseers. From this effort, I will be adding future leaders to help bring about transformation to their nation."

 

I know nothing about orphanages. In fact, I have never seen one nor do I know anything about how they operate. All I would ask is that they be operated within the legal structure by the Philippine government.

 

I inquired of Him especially about who would be funding these "10 Homes of Orphans." His response: 1. Tell the story of this new call on your life; 2. Submit to Me recognizing that this is My project, not yours; 3. Relax and submit to My every nudge.

 

Seldom have I spoken or written about this "10 Homes for Orphans" vision from God, but we are receiving donations sometimes even daily. It is amazing.

 

This very day, the Lord spoke to me, "This is My project. Tell the story. The funding is Mine. Watch what I will do!"

 

On average the cost to build and furnish an orphanage to accommodate 10 children is $10,000 and will require $1,000 a month to operate and care for the children's needs. The cost will vary some depending on location.  I believe God will put it on the hearts of some to fund one of these homes by sending $10,000 to build and furnish a home then to send $1000 a month to provide for the needs of the orphans and widows. Let us know -- only if God speaks to you about doing it.  

 

Thank you to those of you who have contributed already. Many have given more than once and some are giving on a regular basis since learning about this "10 Homes for Orphans" project.

These beautiful children are full of hope. The represent many who need help to have a future. Bright, talented, yet often too poor to go to school.

Only $30 a month per child will provide everything they need for school as well as assistance with food and nutrition. If God puts it on your heart to help children like these, let us know. Go to Sponsor A Child.

We could add 100 more children immediately if we had the funds for sponsoring them. If you have thought about sponsoring children, now is the time. The cost to make such a big difference in young lives is only $1 a day ($30 a month) per child.  Preparations are now being made for a new school year that begin the first week of June. We need sponsors and funds now for the children.
