April 15, 2015. Your leaders need encouragement. You benefit from their leadership and will benefit more from their favor and blessings. Pray for them, intercede for them and their families. Say good things about them and to them. They have good in mind for you. Even though sometimes it might not seem like they do. Just wait and see the outcome and then you will know. For now, expect good things to flow from them. It is a God thing. Further, it is an example of how God wants His kingdom to operate.

 

I Timothy 2:1-2 "I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone--for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness" Ras Robinson

April 15, 2015. It seems like a minor thing not submitting to authority. But you have no idea what a problem it causes when you don't. A chain reaction starts that affects others and events that will take much time to reverse or correct. To many people submission to authority brings thoughts of bondage, but quite the contrary is true. Submission evokes freedom and peace. Events fall into place and blessings abound. If your authority is ungodly, of course you don't' submit. Just because you aren't in agreement doesn't mean it's ungodly. Seek Me.

 

Romans 13:1-2 (NASB) "Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God. Therefore whoever resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves." Bev Robinson

 


April 15, 2015. You are noted as one who can be counted on. You have such honorable traits when it comes to serving Me and others. In the process, you have become almost completely exhausted. Though you find immense amounts of joy in helping others, you have difficulty asking for and receiving help for yourself. Be assured that there are more than enough well qualified bodies to assist with the needs of people as well as you can. Lay down your pride and allow others to join in the fun.

Transforming A Nation

 

We are asking the Lord and believing for enough money to help 100 very poor but deserving young people go to college. Keep reading....

 

This beautiful girl comes from a very poor family and could never have gone to college without the help of FCM sponsors. She is now equipped to be a world changer. Many more
 like her need our help.

Leaders around the world know the way to transform a nation is to transform the hearts and minds of a new generation, the leaders of the future. A few years ago God gave Ras Robinson a vision for the Philippines. God was transforming the nation and Ras would be part of that by partnering with local Filipino pastors and transforming the lives of children and youth. A new generation would be raised up out of severe poverty. They would be educated and discipled and grow into strong Christian leaders.

 

When FCM began to sponsor individual children, they were all in elementary school. It was not long until we had many in high school. Each year the number of sponsored children graduating from high school increases. Some of our sponsored children have graduated as valedictorians and salutatorians, which is amazing considering the poverty from which they have come. Now we have many who are ready for the next step -- college.

 

Many groups seek to capture the minds of young Filipinos. Communist rebels and Islamic terrorists actively recruit them, offering them power and a place to belong. Buddhists have used disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons to move into communities with much needed relief. We as Christians have done much to help in the name of Jesus, but there is much yet to do. The God we serve is strong and mighty and has the answers to all the problems facing leaders in the Philippines. It is important that we do all we can to win the hearts and minds of the young people who will be the leaders of the nation in the years ahead.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

 These handsome young men, Rogelio and Juvany, grew up under a bridge in the Philippines. Both are intelligent and gifted but their families are very poor. Not long ago they thought they could not go to school, even to finish high school because no one in the family could pay the requirements or buy the supplies or even their school clothes. Now, because they were helped by sponsors through FCM, they are in college preparing to be teachers. God will use them to change lives. They are part of a new generation of young people God is raising up in the Philippines to transform the nation. It would never have happened without the help they received.  

Your help changes lives. We need sponsors for education and others to give for food and other needs.
