"College is only for those who have money." That is what the poor children in the Philippines are told. In fact many cannot go to school at all. A sponsor can make the difference. See below.

March 31, 2015. You simply could not be in a better place with God than you are right now as His child. He gives you His righteousness as a gift of covering that cannot fail nor can it ever be taken away from you. You do not judge; that is My job until the end as I take you gloriously to Heaven with Me. It is comforting to know that the devil, who presently rules the world, has already been judged and forever defeated. Keep your spiritual door shut to the devil, forcing him to always flee from you. Bask in God's glory and success.

March 31, 2015. Blessings are all around you. Look and see. Be aware. Fill your mind with thoughts of thanksgiving, fill your mouth with praise and watch your blessings grow. I have set you apart. I have come to give you a better life than you ever dreamed of. Yes, there are challenges to overcome, but if you keep your mind on the blessings you will get through the challenges much easier. March 31, 2015. Are you willing to lay down vain imaginations and expectations? You are getting caught up in your own world and are unable to see the path I have laid before you. You have a set routine and pattern of doing things and are caught up in your own thing. You are not seeing what you need to see. There is an opportunity before you, but it is in the form of a problem. Look at it from My perspective. Stop and see what My Spirit has for you.

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

Congratulations to college graduate Mercy! She now has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. Her next step is to pass the board exam to receive her Teacher's Certification. That happens September 27. Between now and then she will be studying to pass the exam. She has requested our prayers.

 

Mercy never knew her father and grew up in her grandmother's home. It was a home of poverty and not an easy life, even to have food to eat every day. There were times it would have been easy to quit and try to find a job, but she stayed with it and won the prize -- a college degree!. She has been sponsored for several years and would not have been able to finish even high school if it were not for a sponsor. While in college, she has been active in church on the praise and worship team and helping minister to the younger children. It is a joy to think of people with her strong character and beliefs teaching the children coming up in the next generation of young Filipinos.

 

Here is a note from Mercy: "My success would not have been completed without your love, support and prayers. My warmest acknowledgement to the Fullness in Christ Ministry Family and especially to Ma'am Kathy Bohlin. Thank you for all the love you've given and the labors you have sown to my success. Our God saw your hearts of love, the prayers you've bestowed, the support for me financially, and your work for my success. You are in my heart and in my prayers, not just for the benefits that I've received, but because we have the love from God that connects us. Your labors are not in vain because God sees those works. God has blessed the vision of helping the poorest of the poor children in the Philippines to get an education. You can be part of changing a life. We are now working on the budget for the next school year which begins the first of June. We are asking God -- how many children this year?  How many young lives like Mercy do you want to touch?
