Today we celebrate the beginning of our 14th year of sending "What the Lord is Saying Today." God indeed is good. It is good to have Kevin Robinson return as a writer. He took a sabbatical for a few months.  Many of you have asked for his return. He has been hearing the Lord since he was a little boy. We are blessed to have Kevin back.

January 6, 2015. A baby learns to trust and give praise on his (or her) mother's breast. Over and over again, he nurses and is satisfied. Getting hungry again, the baby cries to eat again, not always assured the supply is there. It is, over and over again. In this human process he learns that God our Father never fails. He is the same throughout time and space. I stood one day in the bright noonday sun shining exactly on my head. I had no shadow. Neither does God, being totally one within Himself. Glory to God!

James 1:17-18 (NLT) "Whatever is good and perfect comes down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow." Ras Robinson

January 6, 2015. A heavy dose of responsibility is headed your way. You agreed to something before you gave it much thought. You will be fine and what you will be responsible for will be fine. In fact it will be much more than fine. I planned it this way, because if you thought too much about it you wouldn't have accepted. I think you can handle more responsibility than you think you can. This is something you'll learn to build your confidence. You believe in Me, but Beloved, I also believe in you.

Matthew 25:21 (NLT)"The master was full of praise. 'Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities. Let's celebrate together!' Bev Robinson

January 6, 2015. You often have heard the phrase "let go, and let God". The word "letting," has more significance than you know. What you've done in "letting," means you've given Me permission because I paid the price for you. The truth is, I don't need your authorization to move or do anything. Relinquish your will to My Sovereignty. My will, will be accomplished, because I am Lord! It is tiring to fight against Me. Surrender your will to Me, who freely gave it to you. I am your Savior. Am I your Lord?

Isaiah 55:9 (NLT) "For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts." Kevin Robinson

Ministry to Children in the Philippines

T
-shirts and bath towels and food were the favorite gifts received by the sponsored children and their families. One boy's request was that his father would recover from a stroke.

The sponsored children in this photo, as well as their siblings received Christmas gifts that made them very happy. In addition, groceries were given to each family. They wanted spaghetti for Christmas because they said they don't get to eat that kind of food very often. So each of the families received spaghetti, macaroni salad, ube jam, a loaf of bread and other favorites.

The donations you sent to provide Christmas for very poor children and their families in the Philippines made a lot of people very happy. Here are some notes regarding some of the children.

Valerio (age 20) is thankful that God hears the prayers of His people. The storm Seniang had no damage in our town last December 29 even if it was accompanied with a strong wind. He prayed really hard because they live near the coast. He loves the red t-shirt he received as a gift from FCM this Christmas.

Gezelle (age 16) is very happy to receive a big bath towel as a Christmas gift. She requested the towel because the whole family has only one towel for all the family.

Lourde Mae (age 16) loves the big blue thick bath towel as a gift from FCM. She expressed her gratitude to God because this is the first time ever that she received such a nice gift.

Queenie (age 14) is happy to receive a big bath towel this Christmas especially that she has never had her own personal towel.

Mary Rose (age 15) received a colorful big towel also this Christmas. She requested it because she belongs to a big family with not even one good towel.  She especially wanted it because she takes her bath in a public water supply before going to school.

Shiela Mae (age 16) loves the blue t-shirt that she received as a Christmas gift from FCM.

Carlo (age 12) requested for Christmas that God will heal his father completely from a stroke

Nesbelle (age 8) loves the beautiful new blouse that she received from FCM this Christmas.
