Victory Village was started when the squatter homes of many very poor families were bulldozed and the people had no where to go. A pastor let them move to his own property and rebuild their homes and lives. Many of the children at Victory Village are sponsored by FCM. See below. 

 

September 26, 2014: Something was said that changed the whole outcome of your conversation. You responded with your flesh. This is something you don't realize you do. This action is causing problems with others. I know you don't realize you are doing this, and will stop when you see it. That's why I am calling it to your attention. I know you want what I want. I know you want to grow in grace more than just about anything. You are precious to Me. Make the choice to obey. I will alert.

September 26, 2014. Consider your steps and your words before walking and speaking. Some say, "Well, I just speak my mind." But godly counsel would say "Mind what you speak." Consider the impact of your words on others once they are spoken. A quick answer can provoke anger. Right? Likewise, consider doing all in your power to promote unity in all circumstances. This is the loving thing to do. Avoid "just speaking your mind." A friend lost through offense is nearly impossible to restore. Consider this prophetic word given to you in love.

 

1 Corinthians 10:32-11:1 (NLT) "Don't give offense to Jews or Gentiles or the church of God. I, too, try to please everyone in everything I do. I don't just do what is best for me; I do what is best for others so that many may be saved. And you should imitate me, just as I imitate Christ. Ras Robinson 

 

A Word from Ras Robinson

 

Dear Partners, Sponsors and Friends,

 

Because of you, FCM is bringing God's vision for sharing the Gospel with the whole world into fruition. We love you because we know God loves you. You are part of us and we are part of you.

 

Just last week, a businessman sent an email to his friends and offered to match their donations to help build 10 homes for widows and orphans. The result of that generosity has amazed us. God is moving quickly to establish the first of the 10 homes. Land has been secured very near a church pastored by one of our FCM pastors. The house mother, a widow with no home of her own, has been found and we are about ready to build the home and bring it on line. Three orphan children are ready to move in now. 

 

You have no idea how much we need you! We need to share our love and prayers with you. Let us pray with you about your needs and concerns. Partners, Sponsors and Friends are at the heart of God's ministry through FCM to the world. Thank you.

 

Currently we sponsor 870 children, with an estimated 500 more waiting in line to be sponsored.

 

"What the Lord Is Saying Today" is sent to over 18,000 households in an estimated 50 nations. That number could easily more than double, perhaps to 40,000 in 75 nations. God loves you and we love you because you love God enough to support all this effort.

Kathy Bohlin is Executive Vice President of FCM & Director of our missions in the Philippines. She works closely with local pastors who care for almost 900 FCM sponsored children in 24 locations on 4 islands. In the Philippines the children affectionately call her Ate (Ah tay) Kathy.
