August 14, 2014. Something is before you that will eventually require a response. Will you respond in like manner or will you follow My ways. Deep down you know what this way is, but now it is hard to consider doing good. My way is to not take offense. It doesn't matter if what was done was unplanned or on purpose. However it came, it was done without your feelings being considered. My way is to bless in return and not curse. I know you. You feel like cursing, but you will bless instead.

August 14, 2014. You are a vital connection to a spiritual network greater than yourself. Your body is a miracle in how it functions each day. With your body functioning well, you can work wonders too good to be true. But you need connections to others called by God. Jesus sent you to the poor and needy. You love them so much it moves you to give and serve. You can do much. But when connecting with others, you can transform especially children, widows and orphans. Show your love as Jesus has loved you.

 

Ephesians 4:16 (NIV) "From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work."  Ras Robinson

 

Starting Orphanages God's Way 

 

Last October (2013) God told FCM to build and operate some orphanages as a part of our ministry to the poorest Philippine children. These orphanages will care for orphaned children through dedicated widows and under the care of FCM's supporting pastors on sight there.

 

In different locations in the Philippines, God has put it into the hearts of three FCM pastors to begin the orphanages. One location has already received some children, placed with them by the Department of Social Welfare. These developments excite us, but they need our help

Kathy Bohlin is Executive Vice President of FCM & Director of our missions in the Philippines. She works closely with local pastors who care for almost 900 FCM sponsored children in 24 locations on 4 islands. In the Philippines the children affectionately call her Ate (Ah tay) Kathy.
