August 1, 2014. An opportunity will soon come that you have thought would be good. When it comes it will not be as easy as you thought. The work it will cost is greater than you imagined. Don't quit once you have started. The work will be worth the reward. Stay with it. Don't stop. Once it is done you will be so fulfilled. Hasn't it almost always been this way? The work to bring it about is harder than the vision that comes. Don't turn back. Keep going for the reward.

August 1, 2014. Be careful not to look for sins in others and then be their judge and jury. To do so is inconsistent with your humble and gracious spirit. Don't sell yourself short to one of the most effective schemes of the devil to cause dissention and chaos. Concerning sins in others, stop and consider well your own sins. Deal with them until your heart is clean and pure. Then your love will be felt by and evident to them. Both you and they can then be happy and harmonious. Keep fervent your love for one another.

Partners for Transformation
From the beginning of our calling to minister in the Philippines, the vision God gave us was the transformation of the nation - one child at a time. Through that vision, God has touched the lives of hundreds of children, youth and their families in the past 13 years. Many of you have been part of that through your prayers, your financial support and as sponsors for children.
The ministry to the sponsored children and their families will continue. In fact we are expecting a great increase as God will give us thousands more children in many more locations across the Philippines.
Now, beyond that ministry of sponsoring children, God has spoken concerning a "New and Bigger Vision" to transform the nation. We invite you to join us and "Think Big, Believe Big and Act Big."

They are so very thankful to you for providing it for them. Notes from some of the children are below. Thank you so much.
 From Jonalyn. "Since my mother died, my grandma is the one taking care of us because my father has his own life now. I pity my Lola (grandma) because she is old and she is trying to break rocks to make smaller stones to sell so we can have an income for our daily needs -- food and our allowance in school. We are so thankful to the Lord because you help me in my school. Last rainy days we prayed hard that it will not prolong because we will be awaken when we are wet during night time as we sleep, because rain is pouring in our nipa roof. Please pray our piles of stones will be bought by the construction company so we can buy nipa to change our roof. Praise God the storms Glenda, Henry and Inday are now gone. Thank you and God bless."
From Kathlyn. "I am so grateful to our Lord for He keeps us safe all the time. Three storms hit our country. We were protected although we could feel it as the wind blews on our nipa roof. The only thing is: we do not have income because no one is allowed to go to the sea to catch fish. That means we have no money to buy our food every day. My studies in school are getting harder, but I tried to study hard to get the answer when we have test. Praise the Lord, I am strong now after I got fever with measles. Thank you for helping me in my school fees and be able to buy my requirements too."
From Rey. "Good morning! We had two days holiday, without classes this week. Kuya (means older brother - this was an older teen age boy in the church) taught me how to draw!!! I like to learn it. Our home is now more peaceful, because before sometimes my parents would fight because they do not have money, especially if my step father is drunk and came home without bringing food to eat. I am ashamed because they fight so loud and please include in your prayers that they will come to church because they always work even on Sundays. Thank you for praying for me and helping me."
