From Marjon: "My sister Jennie and I were so grateful to our sponsor for your help like foods as well as the financial supports for our education. Thank you sponsor, we cannot repay you except to give thanks to God for His mercies endure forever for your family and my family. Before, we went to school with a hungry stomach without breakfast and sometimes no dinner the night before. Today it is a privilege to be one of your sponsored scholars so we will study hard for our success."
From Joy: "My mother helps prepare the foods every day. After lunch we will bring what is left over, even the rice from the bottom of the pot, for our dinner and breakfast for we don't have foods in our house. Thank you Sponsor for your help that we can survive and have a good education."
From Ruelen: "I eat much at the feeding center because when I go home at least I am not hungry to go to bed in the evening even without dinner."
From Jayson: "The Kid's Freedom Center is across from my school and I can have foods every day. Before I did not have good health because of scarcity of foods in our house. Today I am not weak but strong and excited to go to school. Thank you sponsor."

Kathy Bohlin is Executive Vice President of FCM & Director of our missions in the Philippines. She works closely with local pastors who care for almost 900 FCM sponsored children in 24 locations on 4 islands. In the Philippines the children affectionately call her Ate (Ah tay) Kathy.
