This awesome group of young people, most of whom are FCM sponsored youth, spent the weekend going to remote locations to share the Gospel of Jesus with everyone who would listen. They walked about 6 miles, talking with people in the homes they passed and those they met on the roads. It was clear that God had gone before them and prepared the hearts of people. When the group gathered for lunch afterwards (see photo above), the rejoicing was great because they all reported that every person who heard them, received the message and accepted Christ as Savior.
Discipleship is a vital part of life for the children and youth God has given us to sponsor. They all participate in regular Bible study. As they get older, they help in ministry to the younger children. They are being prepared for ministry because God will use them as part of the new generation He is raising up, a generation to usher in the transformation of the nation.

Kathy Bohlin is Executive Vice President of FCM & Director of our missions in the Philippines. She works closely with local pastors who care for almost 900 FCM sponsored children in 24 locations on 4 islands. In the Philippines the children affectionately call her Ate (Ah tay) Kathy.
