June 28, 2014. Yes, weapons have been formed against you. They have been made in secret, designed and launched to strike you where and when they have the greatest impact. You don't know the direction of the attack. Don't overly concern yourself from whence they come. They are coming from more than one direction. I know you have, at times, felt powerless. It's not about what you have done wrong; it is about what you are doing right. I have given you warriors to help. Rely and lean on them. Fear not. Victory is yours.

June 28, 2014. Your desires are being recovered. Segments of your life are reclaimed from the enemy. I am sending more help. Deliverers are ready to bring you into total freedom and dependency upon the Lord. Rejoice in faith over the reclamation of your God-given possessions. Fear not, only believe. The Lord Himself will again rule and reign over every inch of your life and possessions. Stolen, they will now be returned. All will be recovered. Rejoice at the very thought of the coming deliverers who are sent just for you. Full recovery is imminent.

Sponsored children who live at the garbage site come for lunch on school days.
The pastors in the Philippines who care for our sponsored children told us that too many of the children had no lunch at school because they had no money to buy anything. There was no point in them coming home for lunch because there was no food for them at home either. It is hard for us to imagine that a house could have absolutely NO food in it. I have been in some of those homes and seen for myself. It is true -- in some of the homes of the children there is not even a cracker crumb to be found. Sometimes the children were getting up very early and scavenging at the garbage site for anything they could sell and buy something to eat for breakfast.
At that point, God told us, "The children I gave you are hungry. Feed them." It is overwhelming to think of feeding almost 900 children breakfast and lunch on school days plus a hearty meal on the weekend. It was as big to us as it was to the disciples when Jesus told them to feed the multitudes. It is amazing to watch God provide month by month for the children's food. They need us and are so thankful. They do better in school and their attendance is better when they have regular meals. You make this possible with your gifts to "Food for Learning."
