Even though school has started this week in the Philippines, more children can still be sponsored if God puts it on your heart. See below.  

 

June 5, 2014. Follow My will. Don't look to the right or the left or your focus will not stay on Me and My will. I know where you are and the thoughts you're having. Don't wander away from Me, Beloved. I know what's best and have the best for you. You don't know all that is involved in the loss. I know it all. At this time trust Me that what has happened is for the best. I will never lead you wrongly. Don't be discouraged. I give good gifts from above.

June 5, 2014. This is your grace day. My hand is upon you for showing kindness and love. Choose those I send, regardless of their stripes or colors. Radiate My grace upon grace. It brings smiles, thaws ice and remove walls. Such is My grace. I sent My Son to die for your sins and those of others over the whole world. Jesus fulfilled His promise to send the Holy Spirit. He is the one person who excels all others in honoring Jesus. Receive grace upon grace.

A pastor in the Philippines hands out supplies to sponsored children as they get ready to begin a new school year. Thank you for making it possible for children like this to dream of a good future and to prepare to become leaders in their nation. What a blessing that God has given us the opportunity to be part of His plan for these children and youth. When you invest in the life of a child such as these, you make education, nutrition and discipleship a reality for them. You are sowing into good soil. 

 

 You can change the life of a child and most likely an entire family. If you have desired to make a definite and eternal impact on the life of a child, you can. For only $30 a month per child, you can sponsor a child and make a difference.

Kathy Bohlin is Executive Vice President of FCM & Director of our missions in the Philippines. She works closely with local pastors who care for almost 900 FCM sponsored children in 24 locations on 4 islands. In the Philippines the children affectionately call her Ate (Ah tay) Kathy.
