May 15, 2014. A good night of restful sleep is your friend. It is a gift from me for you to be restored for each new day. Do not let the busyness of life's stress steal your good sleep. I want you to live long and well. Your life is to be well spent in sharing the Gospel of Jesus in every way possible. Your destiny and purpose is to stir hearts of the lost to salvation and the saved to be fulfilled Christians who win others to Me. Get plenty of rest for your body and see to it that your mind stays fixed on Jesus.

 Youth Camp. Why is the photo so fuzzy? In the words of the pastor of these young people, "Last night celebration of youth camp. It was a great celebration. Everybody was praising and jumping in the Lord. It was very dusty. That's why it is so blurred." Most of the young people at this youth camp have experienced, in the past year, earthquakes and aftershocks, typhoons and floods. It was a time of celebration for the goodness of God who brought them through such hard times.

A new school year begins the first week of June and for many of the victims of these tragedies it is an opportunity for a new beginning. FCM has added a number of "earthquake victims" to the list of sponsored children for the new school year. Some lost their parents. Almost all of them lost their homes and everything they owned. Pastors have written to say there are many children who will not be in school this year unless they have some help. Would you like to help one or more of these children?  

Give to Food for Learning  -- Help feed hungry children in the Philippines. Any amount helps a lot.
