Easter weekend, a group of FCM sponsored youth took "A Walk to Remember." It was very special for them. See below.
May 1, 2014. A new understanding of Me and My ways are like a rising river. You've walked by this river for a long time. You've even been in ankle deep, knee deep and chest deep, but not over your head. You will walk in with your eyes and heart wide open and have no fear because you will walk with wisdom. I've put you in this river. You'll apply what you learn with precision and effectiveness and neither you nor the river will get out of bounds. Fruit will come quickly and abundantly.
Ezekiel 47:12 (NLT) "Fruit trees of all kinds will grow along both sides of the river. The leaves of these trees will never turn brown and fall, and there will always be fruit on their branches. There will be a new crop every month, for they are watered by the river flowing from the Temple. The fruit will be for food and the leaves for healing." Bev Robinson

A Word from Ras Robinson ...

May 1, 2014. He is here. Jesus is alive and well on and above planet earth. He is in the beauty of spring days, flowers and excited song birds. You see Him in the faces of innocent little children and in older sages of our families. He appears at baptisms, anointed worship services and in the eyes of those being born again. My wife carved from a pecan wood plank an image of Jesus. It hangs from my study wall facing my desk. He is here. Look for Jesus in open and hidden places. He never leaves.
Acts 1:3 (NLT) "During the forty days after his crucifixion, he appeared to the apostles from time to time, and he proved to them in many ways that he was actually alive. And he talked to them about the Kingdom of God." Ras Robinson

Pastor Nick Lovenburg's testimony about last weekend's "Happy Home Seminar"
Bev and I led a "Happy Home Seminar" last weekend in Lawton, Oklahoma. The testimony below was posted this week by Pastor Nick Lovenburg on our blog.
"What a refreshing time we had this past weekend. What a example of God's grace and goodness! You reminded us that life is full, not by hype or flashing lights, but by the quietness of a satisfied soul. Both of you have experienced God in a real way and God has given you the ability to transfer this gift into others. To those who have never had Ras and Bev come to their local church, I so recommend these truly Godly people. You will benefit greatly. This generation needs to understand and value those who have walked before us, because they have much to offer us, and this past weekend, we were not disappointed. Thank you Jesus for Ras and Bev, we are rich because of it! Cindy and I love you and treasure our relationship."

Photo of the Day
Easter weekend this group of awesome youth in the Philippines, most of whom are FCM sponsored teens, went on a "Walk to Remember." They walked about 5 miles (8k) on rough terrain and with many challenges along the way. The purpose? To remember the walk Jesus took from Jerusalem to Calvary where he was crucified. They remarked about how difficult it was to walk in the hot sun carrying a pack with their food and water. They remembered that Jesus carried a very heavy cross after being beaten almost to death. Upon reaching their destination, seven of the young people spoke to the group about the seven words Jesus spoke on the cross.
Discipleship such as this event are a very important part of FCM sponsorship as young people are raised up to become godly leaders for the nation. If you have considered sponsoring one or more children, now is the time. A new school year begins the first week of June and so many children and youth need our help if they are to stay in school. Would you pray and ask if God will have you be part of the transformation of lives and ultimately of a nation?
Give to Food for Learning -- Help feed hungry children in the Philippines. Any amount helps a lot.
If you prefer to send a check instead of giving online, make the check to "FCM," and send it to Fullness in Christ Ministries, PO Box 136117, Fort Worth, TX 76136. Attach a note letting us know your desire and that is how your gift will be used. You will be blessed.
NOTE: Please send checks or money orders in US dollars only -- no foreign currency please.
