EAT McDONALD'S ON FEBRUARY 25:

Turn out for some Micky D's at 12647 South Dixie Highway this Wednesday, February 25th from 4:00pm to 7:00. 20% of sales in the store will be donated back to the Special Education Department and the PTSA.

MATH COMPETITION:

Congratulations to all of the Miami Palmetto competitors in the FAMAT regional math competition held at John A. Ferguson High School. Here are some selected results for Miami Palmetto High School:

TESTING RELIEF:

Gov. Rick Scott has ordered the suspension of one of the state-mandated English exams administered to 11th graders. Contact information for all of your representatives and information on education-related legislation is made available to your through the Miami-Dade County Council of PTA/PTSAs. SEX AND THE ANIMALS:

Ron Magill is going to take to the stage in Pinecrest with his hysterical "Sex and the Animals" presentation at 7 PM in the Banyan Bowl at Pinecrest Gardens. Tickets are $24 with advance purchase and $29 at the door. A cash bar will be available. Join this delightful fundraiser for the Miami Palmetto Senior High Alumni Association. Relay for Life:
