9th and 10th grade parents - Feb, 19th at 7:00pm in the auditorium - we will tell you everything you know to guide your kid to graduation and beyond: classes, clubs, tests, graduation requirements and more!

Free tutoring through the Miami-Dade Public Libraries:

Membership:

From now until the last day of school, PTSA Members get 10% off all clothing at school supplies at the school store! Just present your card to get your discount.

Cards are available for pick up at the main entrance all week. If you're not sure if you're a member, stop by the school store and ask. Student memberships are only $6.50! Family memberships are $36.50. The school store is in 305B , and is open every day during lunch.

Paws for Panthers

Paws for Panthers is a PTSA program that helps Palmetto students under the care of our school social worker, Ana Garces. Our kids find themselves in economic distress and often face housing and food uncertainty. We are happy to announce that this year seven of the students in our program will graduate! We are so proud of our kids! We want our kids to be able to participate in all of the senior activities and graduation ceremonies, and need sponsors to help defray the costs. Would you sponsor a child, or donate part of the cost?

Please note that 5 of the 7 seniors are also enrolled in the Project Upstart program through Miami-Dade County Public Schools. This program will pay for their cap and gowns, Grad Bash and Prom. We appreciate all you do for these students...and so do they!

Sex With the Animals

Ron Magill is going to take to the stage in Pinecrest with his hysterical "Sex and the Animals" presentation. 7:00pm in the Banyan Bowl at Pinecrest Gardens. Tickets are $24 with advance purchase and $29 at the door. A cash bar will be available. Join this delightful fundraiser for the Miami Palmetto Senior High Alumni Association.
