Relay for Life:

Relay for Life will be held on Feb 28th at Evelyn Greer Park. Do you part by supporting one of the many teams around our school and around town. For more information on participation and helping out this great cause, contact Cheri Ball at CheriBall@yahoo.com.

Mr. Panther:

The King of all Palmetto is going to be elected on Wednesday, Jan 14th at 7:00pm. Come out for Mr. Panther!

PTSA General Meeting:

Come to the "State of the PTSA" meeting on Jan 15th at 10:15am in the Media Center. Be informed and stay involved! Great things are happening at Palmetto, and the PTSA is a way to be a part of it.

Congratulations:

Ashlynn Dobbs, Mark Hellinger and Meryl Kornfield, along with their teacher Ms. Pamela Shlactman, have won the prestigious Lexus Eco Challenge!

Annual Palmetto Baseball Blue and White Game:

On Jan 31st from 11:00am to 4:00pm, we will be honoring Ms. McKinney for her 40 years of service to Palmetto and athletics. If you are an athlete past or present, please wear your jersey that day. There will be a BBQ lunch for sale and Palmetto approved apparel. Please come join us for this special event!

Golf, anyone?:

The Rotary Golf Classic for Scholarships will be held on Friday, Feb 6th at the Biltmore. Hosted by the Rotary Clubs of Coral Gables and Miami-Dadeland-Pinecrest, proceeds from the event fund scholarships for deserving seniors in our area high schools.
