DRIVE 4 UR SCHOOL:

Our major fundraiser will happen on Friday, Oct. 10 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at Gus Machado Ford of Kendall in Palmetto Bay. $20 will be donated to the school for every test drive. Food, fun, music . . . even Y100 will be hosting an hour. You don't want to miss it! Extra credit is being offered by an impressive list of teachers for qualifying test drives.

Palmetto's Walk of Fame:

Seniors, put your names on Palmetto's Walk of Fame! Buy a brick to commemorate your years at Palmetto. For more information, contact Celine de Paz at celine@de-paz.net.

Homecoming:

Tickets will go on sale on October 6 for $55, cash only. If you plan on using a guest form, be sure to turn it in with payment.

Be an informed voter:

Mark your calendars for the PTA Candidate Forum on Education October 21, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Palmetto Middle School, 7351 SW 128th St. On the hot seat: candidates for Florida House of Representatives Districts #112, #114, and #115. Come and learn about their views on standardized testing, accountability, Bright Futures, private school vouchers, and other key education issues. Prepare yourself now to make the best possible choice on November 4.

Will you be attending our outstanding College Fair on October 27? Over 120 colleges and universities will be represented just for you and your child. Driving Down Fatalities:

School Store:

We just received a shipment of shirts... come visit our school store. We are open Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Mandatory school uniform shirts and sweatshirts for sale.
