Join us for this free family event.

Open to the public.

 

The Y is all about more. The more support, guidance and opportunities we give kids...the more amazing qualities they'll get out and the more they can achieve growing up.   

   

YMCA's Healthy Kids Day, celebrated at nearly 1,300 Ys across the country, aims to get more kids moving and learning, so they can keep up the habit all summer long - a critical out-of-school time for kids' health.  

 

  •    Tips on Healthy Living for Kids and
       Families
  •    Karate demo and learn to break boards!
  •    Face painting, balloon animals and glitter
       tattoos
  •    Bounce house and Family Fun Games
  •    Drawings for FREE birthday
       party, summer camp, and
       more!
  •    Family membership specials
  •    Enjoy healthy snacks
  •    Pool games from 12 - 1 p.m.

  *Parent/caregiver must stay with
   child at all times.*

RSVP of Central Connecticut (Retired Senior Volunteer Program), located in New Britain CT, oversees several volunteer programs including one that provides free transportation to out of town medical appointments for registered members. They will give a presentation about this service.

Register by April 22nd with Carrie. $5 for members $10 for nonmembers.
