Together with our volunteers, we move the Meriden YMCA forward every day.

Moving and grooving to music on Autism Awareness Day

We work hard to turn every dollar that comes into our nonprofit organization into something that positively impacts families in our community.

The Meriden YMCA is here to help children and teens learn, grow and thrive, create healthier families, and give back to our neighbors who need a helping hand. No one is turned away due to an inability to pay.

In fact, we are on the move this entire weekend!

Tonight, Friday April 25th:

• Our Spring Floor Hockey League at Ben Franklin School starts tonight. Register today online, at the Y or call us at 203-235-6386.     

• Meriden YMCA members can also come play with us at Friday Night Fun Night at Exploration Station from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

• After this weekend Exploration Station will close temporarily while we find a larger space to relocate to as we make way for downtown redevelopment. We will let you know about future Date Nights as well.

Tomorrow, Saturday April 26th:

• I love a parade! Come march with us in the Daffodil Parade! Marchers go to Westerly Terrace, if you are riding on the float it will be at Gwen Road. Line up no later than 10:45 a.m. Call us with any questions at 203-235-6386.  

• We are moving CrossFit Meriden from 88 State Street to 11 Crown Street. We are very excited to move to our larger location and we're adding new equipment!
