Meet our Member of the Month, Tina Worboys
Tina is a wife, mom of three, and high school teacher.

After seeing her parents and sister die at a young age, and siblings with health problems, Tina made her health a priority.
Tina wants to live a long and healthy life and be a role model for her children and students.In the past three years she has lost 65 pounds and plans to lose 20 more by the end of the summer.
How did she do it?
"There is no magic pill. After losing weight with ZUMBA and Boot Camp, I decided to try CrossFit. CrossFit has helped me burn calories, build strength and get more definition.
Everyone is encouraging and I love the variety in the workouts and the camaderie. I also learned to eat healthy and lost 15 pounds on the Paleo Challenge." To read more of Tina's story and see a before photo
