DCRA Breaks Ground On New Snow Removal Equipment Facility
On March 20, Dane County Executive Joe Parisi turned the first ceremonial shovelfull of dirt at a groundbreaking ceremony for construction of a green designed new snow removal equipment building at DCRA. The 58,800-square-foot building will be adjacent to the existing airfield maintenance building and will house more than 26 pieces of essential snow removal equipment. Google Maps DCRA
DCRA recently finalized a partnership with Google Maps that will bring new functionality inside the terminal. The upgraded maps will allow users of Android devices to view terminal floor plans to locate gates, retail, dining, ATMs, and other amenities. Indoor maps are seamlessly integrated into Google Maps--there is no separate App to download and no need to download individual areas. As the user zooms in, the map will automatically display the indoor floor plan with labeled points of interest. Learn more...
