American Airlines Adds Additional Dallas and Chicago Flights
Beginning Tuesday, April 2nd, passengers traveling from the Dane County Regional Airport will have two new options when flying from Madison on American Eagle Airlines. New schedule additions include a 7:30 p.m. flight to Chicago O'hare and a 6:40 p.m. flight to Dallas/Fort Worth. www.aa.com

DCRA Paradies Shop Employees Named Customer Service Champions
Customer service is the heartbeat of any organization, and Paradies employees at DCRA recently have been awarded the 2012 Customer Service Champions of 25 other locations in Division Four. Mystery shoppers secretly visit every airport and "shop" each location over the course of a year. Champions are based on a set of highly stringent criteria ranging from how quickly the customer was greeted to the cleanliness of the store. TSA Launches New Mobile Application
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has launched a new mobile phone application (app) that provides travelers with access to the most frequently asked questions.
Called "My TSA," the free mobile device app provides information about Security procedures right at your fingertips. The app is available at the Android and Apple app stores and includes the following features:
What Can I Bring?: Type in any item to determine if it is permitted or prohibited, and whether you can pack it in carry-on or checked luggage.
Airport Status: Note which airports are experiencing general delays (not flight specific) or search for weather conditions at a specific airport.

Commander Changes at Wisconsin Air National Guard and 115th Fighter Wing
Brigadier General Gary Ebben is the new commander of the Wisconsin Air National Guard succeeding Brigadier General John E. McCoy. As Commander, General Ebben is the Assistant Adjutant General for the Air Guard and ensures that the Wisconsin Air National Guard is ready to deploy in support of National Defense and Homeland Security missions.
In addition, Colonel Jeffrey Wiegand is the new commander of the 115th Fighter Wing succeeding Brigadier General Joseph Brandemuehl. As Commander, he is responsible for the nearly 1,200 active-guard and traditional forces serving the dual mission of state and federal responsibility falling under the Governor of Wisconsin and President of the United States. | |
