Timing is everything.

There is a phrase that Jesus used over and over.

"My hour has not yet come."

It was an expression of timing. Jesus was very in tune with the timing of his life.

Are you? Do you know what time it is?

I'll tell you.

It is two days away from the biggest outreach effort we will make this fall at New Work Fellowship. In two days, hundreds will descend upon New Work Fellowship for our Trunk or Treat. Who have you invited?

Now is the time. It is no longer the time to be thinking about it. Do something about it!

Maybe you could make a half page invite that you can give to others. It's not that complicated!

Who are you inviting where you work?

Have you picked up a phone and called someone? Why not?

Have you posted it on facebook?

Listen, the hour has come. What are you waiting for? Just think you might invite someone to come and in the end they receive the greatest treat of all-they come to meet Jesus Christ ... and it all comes down to this moment.

Whisper a prayer, and then get on with it. Your hour has come!
