| One of our newest Choice Kids at our Austin event |
Next week I head to Long Beach for the last Choice Mom networking event of the year (join us for dinner October 20!), and to the annual ASRM convention in San Diego to learn the latest in reproductive science for our large Trying community.
This week, as I've begun to prepare for the trip, I've been reminded of our pride -- and sometimes trepidation -- in telling our stories. Several requests came in for storybooks to share with their children, so I've updated our Recommended Reading list. I welcome your additions.
Speaking of Choice Mom pride, we have a new exciting opportunity to share our story with the Katie Couric show in New York City.
We are still looking for Trying women interested in connecting, in front of cameras, in Los Angeles. Read about that show here.
And the documentarian in France, who is trying to open up the discussion in her country to allow for Choice Motherhood, is looking for Choice Moms in the early stages -- including any using a surrogate. She'll travel anywhere in the United States, Canada, or Europe.
