Important Account Information

The AGA Online Registry Service has been busy with members working diligently to get their data submitted. This is a reminder the AGA operates on a cash basis and the policy for holding a balance on an account has changed. Any account that holds a balance for longer than 30 days will be locked and members will not be able to do online work until the balance is paid. Accounts that were locked prior to the change are still locked until a payment has been made.

In addition, all billing will now be done through the AGA Online Registry Service including Gelbvieh World advertising and Gelbvieh Media Productions services including email blasts.

Just a reminder, the AGA no longer keeps credit card information on file. To pay an account balance online login to your AGA account on the Online Registry Service and click the 'Account' tab. A button that says "Pay Balance of $xx.xx" will appear. Once this button is clicked it will navigate to a separate screen where credit card information can be securely entered in. After all information is entered, follow the prompts that will return to the General Profile Information screen where the account balance should appear as $0.00. Please call the AGA office at 303-465-2333 if you need assistance paying your bill online. Checks are also an acceptable form of payment.
Don't be Late for an Important Date

Annual herd assessments (HAS) are due Tuesday, March 15 and are available for completion via the AGA Online Registry Service. All females 13 months of age and older should either be assessed or disposed of as part of the total herd reporting process. One assessment is tied to one registration credit. The credit also allows members to transfer animals as well as report performance information.

Six easy steps to complete your HAS:
  1. Log on to the AGA Registry Service. The registry can be accessed by clicking the AGA Registry Service login link at the bottom of the homepage on the new www.gelbvieh.org.
  2. Click 'Inventory' on the Work Menu at the left side of the screen.
  3. Click the 'Assessment-Age' tab. This lists all females in the herd ready for a 2016 assessment.
  4. Dispose of animals no longer in the herd using the trashcan icon.
  5. Assess all other females for the year by clicking the '2016' button next to each animal or click 'Complete Yearly HAS Process' button to assess all in one click.
  6. Pay the account balance by clicking the account tab on the general profile information screen.
Any 2016 HAS received after the deadline of March 15, 2016 will be charged a late penalty:
                1-30 days = 5 percent late penalty
                31-60 days = 10 percent late penalty
                60+ days = 15 percent late penalty

Complete written instructions can also be downloaded using the link below. Please contact the AGA office as 303-465-2333 if you need assistance in completing this process.
