Herd Assessments

Herd assessments are now available for completion via the AGA Online Registry Service. All females 13 months of age and older should either be assessed or disposed of as part of the total herd reporting process. One assessment is tied to one registration credit. The credit also allows members to transfer animals as well as report performance information.

Six easy steps to complete your HAS:
  1. Log on to the AGA registry service. The registry can be accessed by clicking the registry service login link at the bottom of the homepage on the new www.gelbvieh.org.
  2. Click 'Inventory' on the Work Menu on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click the 'Assessment-Age' tab. This lists all females in your herd ready for a 2016 assessment.
  4. Dispose of animals no longer in the herd using the trashcan icon.
  5. Assess all other females for the year by clicking the 2016 button next to each animal or click 'Complete Yearly HAS Process' button to assess all in one click.
  6. Pay your account balance by clicking the account tab on the general profile information screen.
Complete written instructions can be downloaded using the link below. Please contact the AGA office as 303-465-2333 if you need assistance in completing this process. Herd Assessments are due March 15, 2016.
