Congratulations to Dolores Gravley and Carrie Tilghman Derossett
Staff striving to pursue personal advancement and development is the absolute best indication for any company to understand that they have quality staff. The American Gelbvieh Association (AGA) can be assured today that our staff capitalizes on opportunities that are presented to them within the AGA and their own lives. Dolores Gravley and Carrie Tilghman Derossett are both examples of that potential for personal betterment. After 27 years of service to the AGA, Dolores has been working towards obtaining her insurance sales license. Upon achievement of that license Dolores will be leaving the AGA to pursue the opportunity. "After years of making the long commute to Westminster I am looking forward to working close to home and spending more time with family," Gravley said. Those that have interacted with Dolores the most know how important family time is to her, especially when it comes to her granddaughter. Carrie Tilghman Derossett will also be focusing on her family. Carrie has served the last two years as AGA's junior programs coordinator in addition to a fulltime job in Kentucky. Carrie is now choosing to utilize the extra time to spend with her family. While AGA staff and members will miss both Dolores and Carrie, we are proud they are making decisions to improve their lives. The AGA staff and leadership would like to congratulate Dolores and Carrie on their respective decisions and wish them all the happiness as they move into the next phase of their lives. Myron G.
