Let's Take a Walk
Walk With a Doc Program
We are pleased to announce a new partnership with the Fresno/Madera Medical Society's Walk With a Doc program. We'll meet at the River Center and then venture out on the Hidden Homes Trail and the Lewis S. Eaton Trail. This is a free walking program for anyone who is interested in taking steps to improve their health. Each walk is hosted by a friendly local physician and lasts about 1 hour. In addition to the numerous health benefits you'll get by walking, you'll also have the chance to talk with a doctor along the way. Lace up a pair of comfortable shoes and join us for some fresh air, fun, and fitness on an upcoming Saturday morning. Walks will be held throughout the year on the third Saturday of each month. Click here to view the dates and to register.

New Ranch House Art Exhibit and Reception
Musings: Studies in Light
We are excited to announce the new photography exhibit, "Musings: Studies in Light," by Dan Sniffin and Paul Lebby. The exhibit will be on display in the River Center Ranch House February through April.

Dan Sniffin
The photographers, Paul Lebby and Dan Sniffin, are friends who have spent considerable time honing their craft while searching singular subjects in unique light. They have enjoyed traveling together throughout the U.S. and abroad while feeding their passion for photography. Dan and Paul have taught photography, and have led tours throughout the United States. Both Dan and Paul are accomplished local professionals who find respite from the stresses and complexity of their work, relaxing together and enjoying nature, while creatively expressing themselves through their photography. However, this exhibition is not only about photography, but the moments they have shared as friends - the laughter, the fatigue and the exhaustion of traveling long distances well before sunrise, or staying well past sunset to capture a unique and magical light.

Paul Lebby
Please join us to meet the Photographers at a special reception on Saturday, February 28, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. For more information about the artists, visit their websites at dansniffinphoto.com and paullebbyphoto.com

We hope to see you soon in the great outdoors!

Sincerely,

Sarah Parkes, Program Director
