Big Blend Spirit Of America Tour
Join Our Mailing List

We're still exploring historic and scenic central Louisiana, and hope you can join us for this Sunday's Big Blend Radio show focusing on the area's plantations, politics, food and entertainment, lodging and more. We're getting ready to go into production of the first issue of our Spirit of America Magazine, a digital interactive magazine that focuses on the parks and places we have experienced, as well as the people we have met, while on our non-stop 5-year Big Blend Spirit of America Tour of all 401 National Park units. The first issue comes out this August, so be sure to subscribe to this newsletter to get your free copy! Issues will come out every other month.

This issue focuses on historic Yuma, Arizona; the new exhibit featuring Ted DeGrazia's zodiac art; the health benefits of stinging nettles; noteworthy sexual harassment cases; and Lisa Grey's Peach Mojito Salad recipe. If you're in San Diego this weekend, be sure to check out the annual
San Diego Scottish Highland Games & Gathering of the Clans - it's a fun-filled family event, with plenty of lively and traditional entertainment, food and drink, and shopping.

Keep up with all our upcoming  Big Blend Radio Shows and Big Blend Spirit of America Tour of all 401 National Park units by following us on Twitter and Facebook.

Happy Summer!
