Big Blend Spirit Of America Tour

It was lovely to see the start of spring in southern California and in sunny Yuma, Arizona this past week. Tomorrow, we head to Ajo, the historic gateway community of Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument and Certified Wildlife Habitat Community by the National Wildlife Federation. We're excited to explore the park, tour the community and its gardens, and learn more about its rich mining history.

In this issue, Noelle Meade-Izzi shares tips on creating a pollinator-friendly garden, Lisa Grey gives us her healthy spring appetizer recipes, Linda Kissam 'Food, Wine & Shopping Diva' goes wine tasting in historic Jamestown, Eva Eldridge explains what to be prepared for if you are considering working from home, and we have the scoop on the upcoming Iris Festival in Porterville, CA.

Keep up with all our upcoming  Big Blend Radio Shows and Big Blend Spirit of America Tour of all 401 National Park units by following us on Twitter and Facebook.

Happy Spring!
