Right now, we're in the historic California gold rush town of Sonora, the county seat of Tuolumne County in the heart of Yosemite's Gold Country. On Saturday night we had the good fortune of attending the Sonora 2^nd Saturday Art Night in the downtown district, which celebrated the 150^th anniversary of the Yosemite Grant with viewings of Ken Burns new film  "Yosemite: A Gathering of Spirit", live music, art, and a phenomenal portrayal of John Muir by storyteller Lee Stetson. On the 7 month anniversary of us being on the road non-stop with our tour of all 401 National Park units, this evening captured our hearts beyond words. Thank you to all who put this incredible evening together, and to all who support the full funding and protection of our national parks.
