We're still having fun exploring California's Sequoia region, and with the government shut down closing all National Park units, we encourage travelers to continue to visit park regions. As we have found on our Big Blend Spirit of America Tour of all 401 National Park units, the park gateway communities are destinations unto themselves boasting a variety of attractions, local parks and museums, scenic drives, art and entertainment, festivals and events, wine tasting, fabulous dining, and much more!
