Big Blend's Spirit of America Tour of all 401 National Park units is officially on the road and here in beautiful Silver City, in southwest New Mexico. So far we've had an incredible time exploring Tumacacori National Historical Park, the Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument, and the historic art community of Silver City. On our first night in town, Priscilla (our pink sock monkey travel mascot) wrote her first post in Priscilla's Banana Blog. We've been filming footage for some great videos on the art, nature and travel in the great Silver City area, and gathering recipes for our upcoming Spirit of America Road Trip Recipe e-Book series, that will benefit Learning Forum International, National Parks Conservation Association, and Born Free USA. Plus, we've added articles and videos about our recent visits to Saguaro National Park and Mount Rainer National Park.
