Wine & Dine Experience is this Wednesday

Please join us for the fourth Annual Wine and Dine Experience is this Wednesday. All wines featured at the event retail at $20 or higher. Experience the most delicious night of the year, taking place within the warmth and comfort of the elegant Town and Country Club at SPAAR’s Wine and Dine Experience. Filled with savory eats, fine wines and great company, this is one night you won’t want to miss.

A ticket is required for this event. All proceeds from ticket sales go to the REALTORS® Charitable Foundation.
This year's event will be taking place at the Town and Country Club on Wednesday, October 26, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. THIS EVENT IS 21+. We cannot admit anyone under the age of 21 or without a valid ID.

Ramsey County Tax-Forfeited Fall Auction is October 28

Ramsey County's Tax-Forfeited Land Fall Auction will be held on October 28, 2016. Registration begins at 9 a.m. and the auction begins at 10 a.m. This auction features 15 properties. All are vacant lots.

New for this auction: You can now view all properties available for the fall auction on the new interactive map. The map includes detailed information for each auction property including addresses, images, lot dimensions and minimum bids. For more information call 651-266-2080 or email TFL@co.ramsey.mn.us.

Supra: New End of Showing Notification Feature Available

Supra has launched a new feature, End of Showing Notification, which is available to you at no additional charge. If you are set up to receive showing notifications, you will automatically receive end of showing notifications as well whenever an eKEY or XpressKEY opens one of your keyboxes. You can also designate additional recipients to receive beginning and ending showing notifications via email for all of your keyboxes, or via email or text for a specific keybox. This can be helpful if you want to share this information with your broker, assistant, or the homeowner.

Give to the Max Day is November 17

Minnesota’s biggest day of giving is almost here. You can donate on-line to SPAAR’s REALTORS® Charitable Foundation or to Toys for Joy - or both! Your online gift gives both foundations the chance to be eligible for gift matching and special “golden tickets” awarded hourly on Give to the Max Day. You can schedule your online gift, starting November 1.

Washington County to Offer Environmental Topics Course

Washington County Department of Public Health and Environment would like to announce a new course for realtors and appraisers, approved for 4.0 continuing education credits: Environmental Topics for Realtors: Groundwater and wells, septic systems, healthy homes (including radon), and shoreland. This four hour class will provide information on all of these important topics. Washington County is pleased to partner with University of Minnesota Onsite Sewage Treatment Program, St Croix River Association, and East Metro Water Resources Education Program to bring you this class.

The class will be held Thursday, Nov. 17, from noon to 4:30pm (registration begins at 11:30am), at the Washington County Government Center, Room LL14, 14949 62nd St N Stillwater. The class fee is $30, which includes lunch. Registration is limited to the first 50 registrants.

Early cancellations will be accepted via email at kati.hallermann@co.washington.mn.us. NO SHOWS and cancellations received after November 10th, 2016 will result in billing of the full registration fee.

 
 

Supra Server Maintenance Notification

During the upcoming months, the Supra Support Teams will perform a series of server maintenance and upgrade activities for the Supra system. Activities are planned for Tuesday evenings, from 7:30pm to 10:30pm Central time) through December 6, 2016.

At Home With Diversity, Scholarships Available!

As part of its mission to promote fair housing practices, SPAAR’s Diversity Committee is offering scholarships for members who complete the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) Class by 12/31/2016. This online course is approved for 8 hours of Continuing Education credits.

Scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Members who will submit proof of course completion will receive reimbursement for $50.00 of the $99.00 tuition, while supplies last. Have You Completed the Quadrennial Period Code of Ethics Training?

The mandated four-year cycle to meet the Code of Ethics Training for The National Association of REALTORS® membership requirement ends December 31, 2016. If you do not have the NAR Code of Ethics completed by December 31, 2016 your membership will be suspended per the NAR bylaws. If your name is not on the LIST (Updated 10/24/16) then you need to complete the NAR Code of Ethics. If you have taken an approved NAR Code of Ethics training class please be sure to submit proof of completion to SPAAR at spaar@spaar.com.
