Oyster Mushrooms Our first attempt at growing Oyster Mushrooms is progressing nicely. The Grey Oysters pictured above have caps the size of quarters and we should be able to harvest the first ones in a few days. The Blue Oyster Strain that were propagated a couple of weeks after the greys show aggressive mycillium expansion. If all continues to go well we should have a limited amount available for sale at the farm store in another week, or two.

Sign up forms are available at the farm, or you can sign up electronically on the CSA page at www.hunterfarmsorganic.com Past members with no change in contact information can simply let us know you wish to sign up. We can complete the form for you using the information in our records.
